Utena appears in the series "Shoujo Kakumei Utena"[Revolutionary Girl Utena]. When Utena was young she met a prince who smelled like roses. the prince told her not to cry and that to keep her noble spirit for one day he would return to her. He gave her a ring with the rose signet on it and left her.
Normal girls would want to become a princess for their prince, Utena however, would rather become a prince herself! She arrives in her 8th grade year at the Ohtori Academy where she notices a unique girl named Anthy Himemiya. After her friend Wakaba is crushed by Saionji, she challenges him, leading to a duel. Utena does not know what she is getting into...
Utena comes out on top of the kendo captain, winning the hand of Anthy Himemiya, the Rose Bride. Utena must protect the Rose Bride from the other dueslists. For the power to revolutionize the world!
Why I Like Utena
For starters, Utena is a bad ass, simply put. She fights for the little guy AKA Anthy, and does a damn fine job of it.
Secondly, Utena is H-O-T hot. I mean just look at the pics here. she may be thin as a rail but shes a damn fine rail ^^
Lastly, her relationship with Anthy. Call me a softy, but I think it's cute. You can call me a hentai too, but I still think it's cute XD
And of course we need a pic of Utena x Anthy! what kind of shrine would this be w/out it?
